Pine Ridge MN LLC is a Family Owned Business and is owned by Jacob & Jennifer Servais.

Jacob got his start in the industry at age fourteen through an internship at the University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum and the University of Minnesota Horticultural Research Center in Chanhassen, MN. A passion was lit, and Jacob continued working full time during the summer at the Arboretum and Horticultural Research Center through his graduation at Chaska High School. With his experience, he was recruited to manage a nursery and landscape supply yard in Chaska. He continued on to become the landscape manager of a large-scale Chaska-based landscaping and tree service company. In 2003, Jacob Servais and Tom Kandiko founded Prairie Fire Inc. in Orono, MN. Prairie Fire Inc. specialized in high-end specialty landscaping and tree services in the Lake Minnetonka area of Minnesota. After selling his portion of Prairie Fire Inc., Jacob founded Pine Ridge MN in 2006.  Today, Jacob and his wife, Jennifer, reside in Victoria, MN. With the help of his wife and two brothers, Jacob manages two crews of experienced landscape installation specialist, tree specialists, and ISA certified arborists.

Jacob’s experience stretches past the green industry and includes: a degree program in small business and entrepreneurship from Dakota County Technical College and EMT/Fire Science from Hennepin Technical College.  Jacob is a strong participant in the community as a volunteer fire fighter at the Victoria MN Fire Department, member of the National Ski Patrol, member of the Minnesota Landscape and Nursery Association, member of the International Society of Arboriculture, member of Vietnamese American Business Association, and member of the SouthWest Metro Chamber of Commerce.
